Supported document formats

FlightCheck supported:

To check these file formats, it does not require an installed version of these applications. The document formats are recognized and even a preview is generated, with which you can browse through the document to get a first impression.

Extensive control mechanisms can be activated or deactivated according to your own needs. A report function shows the status of the document in no time at all.

Quality control

FlightCheck is used for quality control. You avoid incorrect exposures and defective documents before they are forwarded. The advantage of preflighting over postflighting is that here you can already check the original documents and therefore correct them.

AVOR and transfer

FlightCheck assures you of document processing, once at document acceptance and once at document delivery.

During work preparation (AVOR), you can immediately check incoming documents and, if necessary, give feedback to the customer about missing fonts, defective images and the like. You don’t even need to have InDesign & Co installed at the AVOR workstation for this. FlightCheck runs as a stand-alone software solution.

Before you output a document as a PDF or send it to print preparation, have FlightCheck check it. Any problems with text, images, lines, colors and many other things are immediately displayed and can be fixed before they become costly.

Better than preflighting in design applications

FlightCheck includes more controls than your design app. For example, PDF files placed in the document are also checked. There is no better overview of possible error sources than with FlightCheck.

Regular updates

All Markzware products are updated regularly. If you always want to be able to process the latest documents, choose the annual subscription, which comes with all updates included. If you only work with older documents, the continuous version may be the cheaper alternative. Each license affects only 1 workstation at a time. If you want to upgrade several stations with this software, order the corresponding number of licenses.
